Adventurers follows ratios put forth by the Department of Education. Infants are 1:4, Toddlers are 1:6 and Preschoolers are 1:8.

We have level 1, 2 and 3 Educators at Adventurers, as well as some entry-level staff. Level 1 staff have done specific courses and practical experiences in early childhood education; Level 2 staff have obtained a diploma from a recognized college and Level 3 staff have a degree in Child and Youth studies or a combination of a college diploma + bachelors degree from university. Entry level staff have the orientation put on by the Department of Education. Adventurers adheres to the ratio of having 2/3 trained staff, as required.
